1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Cube Squared provides portable storage and mobile refrigeration rental services in Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee. Our services include:

• Dry Cubes — portable storage containers for residential and commercial moving, renovation, and storage needs
• Cooled Cubes — temperature-controlled mobile refrigeration units for commercial use
• Delivery, pickup, and placement using our proprietary Robo Mover system

All rentals are subject to a separate Rental Agreement that will be provided at the time of booking. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall govern.

3. Quote Requests and Booking

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation or binding contract. A rental is confirmed only when both parties have executed a written Rental Agreement and any required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.

Quoted prices are estimates and subject to change based on availability, delivery distance, rental duration, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed in your Rental Agreement.

4. Rental Terms

General rental conditions include:

• Dry Cube rentals are offered in minimum 2-week increments
• Cooled Cube rentals are available in daily increments
• Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the scheduled pickup date
• Extensions may be available subject to availability and additional fees
• Delivery date changes may be made at no charge with sufficient advance notice, as specified in your Rental Agreement

Specific rental terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and conditions will be detailed in your signed Rental Agreement.

5. Delivery and Placement

We will make reasonable efforts to place containers at the location requested by the customer. By requesting delivery, you represent that:

• You have the legal right to authorize placement at the delivery address
• The delivery site is reasonably accessible and free of known hazards
• You have obtained any required permits or permissions from property owners, HOAs, municipalities, or other governing bodies

For off-road delivery, the ground must be dry at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse placement in locations that our team determines to be unsafe or inaccessible, without liability for refusal.

6. Customer Responsibilities

During the rental period, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the container in good condition, free from damage beyond normal wear
• Not overloading the container beyond its rated weight capacity
• Ensuring the container does not become a hazard to persons or property
• Complying with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations regarding container placement and use
• Not storing prohibited items including hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable goods (in Dry Cubes), live animals, or illegal items

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cube Squared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, damage to property, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cube Squared and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through our website
• Impersonate Cube Squared or any other person or entity

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cube Squared or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
